The delegation of the DFS Academy headed by its director Mr. Otto Fischer made an official visit to the "Azeraeronavigation" Air Traffic Department (AZANS) and the National Aviation Academy on April 24-25, 2018.
The main purpose of the visit of the delegation was to discuss the cooperation between the "Azeraeronavigation" ATD, the National Aviation Academy and the DFS Academy in the field of training of ATS personnel.
As a result of conducted meetings and negotiations, there were reached agreements on the main areas of cooperation and attraction of specialists from the DFS Academy to the joint work on the professional training of the specialists of the "Azeraeronavigation" ATD.
Mr. Farhan Guliyev, director of the "Azeraeronavigation" ATD, organized a familiarization visit of the delegation to the new Airspace Supervision and Efficiency Center and acquainted the guests with the structure and achievements of the organization in the field of air navigation. Mr. Otto Fischer showed his interest in the work of the new Center and noted its importance at the regional level.
